What is your photographic style?
Photojournalistic. Artistic. Cinematic. Beautiful un-staged moments mixed with timeless portraits. Documentary with a flare of drama and touch of whimsy.
where are you located?
I am based in Portland, Oregon, but I also very happily serve the Hattiesburg, Mississippi area, where my family lives! I love working in both places, as well as experiencing new ones.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I love to travel and will go anywhere love calls. There are no additional travel fees for weddings 250 miles or less from Portland or Hattiesburg. Custom quotes are available for all other weddings!
How much does wedding coverage cost?
Wedding collections for 2018 begin at $2500 for 6 hours, but the average investment is $3500. Elopements are $1500 for 4 hours. Please inquire for a complete pricing guide.
How long have you been photographing weddings?
I shot my first wedding in 2007 (10 years ago!) while I was in college working towards my BA in Photojournalism. I began shooting weddings full-time in 2014.
Are you insured?
What equipment do you use? Do You Bring back-up gear?
I use all professional Canon gear and bring back-up equipment to every single wedding.
Do you work with a second photographer at weddings?
Several collections include a second photographer. It is highly recommended for weddings with 200 guests or more.
How many images do we receive?
Typically 50-100 images per hour.
How do we receive our images?
All clients receive a personalized online gallery with all of their hi-res images to download, share or order prints.
Do we get the rights to our pictures?
Yes. Absolutely. You receive the full printing rights to your images. This means you can get them reproduced wherever you like and can share them on all of social media. However, I still retain the copyright.
Do you offer albums?
Yes! I offer handmade fine art books, printed on museum quality matte fine art paper. They are designed to last many generations to come.
Will you photograph my same-sex/LGBTQ, Indian, Catholic, multicultural, LDS, etc wedding?
Yes. Happily. I am passionate about telling love stories and I enjoy the many forms they take!
How do we book you?
Wedding dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to hold the date. Once this fee is paid and a contract is signed, the date is yours!

Can we meet up with you and talk?
Sure! I would love to meet with you to discuss your wedding plans! If we are too far apart to meet right now or there are scheduling conflicts, I am always available for Skype or phone consultations as well.
